Heidi joined our team in 2013.  As Director of Operations & Client Relations Manager, Heidi’s goal is making certain our clients are satisfied and our internal operations run smoothly.  Heidi has earned degrees in Business Administration, Management and Marketing from Davenport University. She has also worked in the insurance industry and early education.
